This stitchery quilt is a twelve block quilt joined by sashing blocks and an outer border.

It is beautiful whether you use dark fabrics or light fabrics for the background. The stitches can be a variety of embroidery stitches or all the blocks can be made using only the stem stitch. You may use a variety of colours for the stitchery or just one colour only. The choices are endless. This quilt is a great block of the month program for quilt shops.
